📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and organization.Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.Manage budgets and expenses, including payroll and utility costs.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.Participate in planning and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.🛠️ Keahlian
