📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the café.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the café.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or café management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
