📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient use of vehicles and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
