📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to our employees,Work closely with the HR team to ensure that our training programs are aligned with our business goals and objectives,Develop and maintain training materials and resources,Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the planning and execution of training events and workshops,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our training programs are relevant and effective

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed
