Tiara Convention Center Medan is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for our wedding, social, and corporate events. You will work closely with our event planning team to ensure that our clients' needs are met and exceeded. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about events and has a proven track record of success in sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients in the wedding, social, and corporate events industry.,Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.,Present and negotiate contracts with potential clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and agreed upon.,Work closely with the event planning team to ensure that all client requirements are met and exceeded.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both before and after the event.,Track and analyze sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.,Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to build relationships and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the events industry.,Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.
