📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.,Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.,Manage team budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Bali's culture and business environment is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
