📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and bookkeepers, providing guidance and support.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including tax withholdings and benefit payments.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.,Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
