📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.,Train and supervise junior staff to ensure consistent quality of food preparation.,Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative input.,Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and safety standards.,Handle any food-related emergencies or issues that arise during service.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary meals for patients with specific needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role in a healthcare or hospitality setting.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is essential.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
