📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Implement and monitor retail strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement improvement plans for the store.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the store meets its targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
