📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols on construction and engineering sites.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address safety concerns and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Certified Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site safety supervision in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act) and K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja).
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with site personnel and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with infrastructure development projects and water technology solutions is a plus.
