📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service at our kiosk location in Denpasar, Bali
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Process transactions using our in-house Point of Sale (POS) system
• Provide detailed information about our electric bikes and accessories
• Assist customers with test rides and bike demonstrations
• Maintain a clean and organized kiosk environment
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer interactions and service quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and software, including our in-house POS system
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of electric bikes and sustainable transportation is a plus
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
