📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.,Coordinate with the Captain to develop and implement team strategies and goals.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.,Handle team scheduling and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the Captain in maintaining a positive and productive team environment.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in a similar role within the maritime or shipping industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Familiarity with safety and security protocols.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
