LUNAR Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Samarinda. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales and cash handling.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for customers.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.,Support the sales team by promoting products and assisting with sales targets.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.,Assist in training new staff members to ensure high standards of service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and sales techniques.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluent in Indonesian.
