📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
