📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement government relations strategies that align with Japfa’s corporate goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze government policies, regulations, and legislative developments that impact Japfa’s operations.
• Advise senior management on government relations matters and policy developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
• Represent Japfa in government forums, conferences, and meetings.
• Liaise with government agencies to secure necessary permits, licenses, and approvals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of government contacts and policy information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Government Relations, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in government relations, public policy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian government structures, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with government relations software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
