In this role, you will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with managers and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English
