Web Cloud Abadi is looking for a motivated Junior HR Officer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating with hiring managers and conducting initial interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance reviews.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, such as leave management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees and existing staff.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing HR documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as ATS, HRIS, and payroll systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
