📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records.,Preparing and reviewing financial reports for management.,Overseeing the work of junior accountants and cashiers.,Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Managing bank reconciliations and ensuring cash flow accuracy.,Conducting audits and internal controls to ensure financial integrity.,Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Providing training and development opportunities for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
