📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies to achieve business objectives.,Managing and mentoring a team of professionals to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborating with other departments to align strategies and achieve common goals.,Monitoring departmental performance and providing regular reports to senior management.,Identifying and addressing departmental challenges and opportunities.,Representing the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate environment.,Strong understanding of business operations and strategies.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
