📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Assess and evaluate the performance of trainees.,Provide constructive feedback to trainees to help them improve their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of training programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trainee progress and performance.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the training department.,Promote the values and culture of the organization to trainees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the industry.,A passion for teaching and a commitment to the values and culture of the organization.
