Bit Pearl Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, including recommendations for improvement.,Identifying and assessing risks to the company and recommending appropriate controls.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
