📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Ensure a clean, well-organized, and inviting store environment that reflects our brand.
  • Train and develop store staff to uphold high standards of customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and special events.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.
  • Work closely with the regional manager to ensure consistent brand standards across all locations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
