📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and technical guides.,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Develop and implement documentation standards and processes.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.,Ensure that technical content is accessible to a diverse audience.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Proficiency in technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with version control systems, such as Git.,Familiarity with technical writing standards and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.🛠️ Keahlian
