📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet organizational goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Assess training needs and develop training plans to address identified gaps.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development roles.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
