As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked, stored, and distributed efficiently.

We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of warehouse management principles. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 19.000.000 – Rp 21.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and prepare reports as required.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
