📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic plans,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to management,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients,Attend and participate in industry conferences and events to network and learn from peers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technology or creative industry,Strong understanding of the Figma product and its benefits,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies,Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
