As our General Ledger Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with our finance team, as well as with other departments across Capgemini, to ensure that our financial processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our company's goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Develop and implement financial processes and controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure that our financial processes are compliant and effective.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior finance team members, and support their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Ledger or Accounting role, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP, IFRS, or local Indonesian accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a timely and accurate manner.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
