📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative climate solutions, including renewable energy projects and carbon capture technologies.
• Collaborate with global partners and stakeholders to drive sustainable innovation and shape policies that combat climate change.
• Manage and mentor a team of climate experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the climate innovation space.
• Develop and present compelling proposals, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in climate science, technology, and policy to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
• Represent GreenFuture Solutions at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build relationships and advance our mission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in climate innovation, renewable energy, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with climate modeling software, such as CLIMATE, or other relevant tools.
• Certifications in climate change mitigation, renewable energy, or a related field are a plus.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to creating a greener future.
