Human Capital Staff - Talent Acquisition & HR Support

In this role, you will be working closely with our HR team to source, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the company. You will be using tools like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed to post job openings and screen candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders will be crucial in this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, using tools like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture
• Assist in the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system, Workday
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews and managing HR documents
• Assist in employee development initiatives, such as training programs and performance reviews

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition, preferably in a retail or corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using HR software, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus
