Bangka Belitung Regional Development Agency is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Public Policy Center to lead the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of strategic public policies that drive sustainable growth in the Bangka Belitung Islands. This executive role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of regional development in one of Indonesia's most vibrant and diverse regions. Based in Pangkal Pinang, you will work closely with government stakeholders, NGOs, and private sector partners to create and implement policies that address key challenges and opportunities in the islands.

As the Head of Public Policy Center, you will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive policy framework that aligns with national and regional development goals. You will lead a team of policy analysts, researchers, and administrators, ensuring that all policies are evidence-based, feasible, and aligned with the vision of sustainable development. This role requires a deep understanding of public policy, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of strategic public policies that drive sustainable growth in the Bangka Belitung Islands.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive policy framework that aligns with national and regional development goals.
• Lead a team of policy analysts, researchers, and administrators, ensuring that all policies are evidence-based, feasible, and aligned with the vision of sustainable development.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions, using data and tools such as GIS, SPSS, and policy modeling software.
• Engage with government stakeholders, NGOs, and private sector partners to create and implement policies that address key challenges and opportunities in the islands.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented policies, using key performance indicators and impact assessment tools.
• Represent the agency in national and international forums, advocating for policies that support regional development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and advise on policy matters to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public policy formulation, implementation, and evaluation, with a focus on regional development.
• Strong understanding of national and regional development goals and policies.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a focus on policy development and implementation.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis using data and tools such as GIS, SPSS, and policy modeling software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with government stakeholders, NGOs, and private sector partners.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
