📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Reconcile accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payments.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Issue and track payment requests, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
