In this role, you will visit farms, meet with local farmers, and build strong relationships to promote our high-quality agricultural products. You will also conduct market assessments, gather data on market trends, and provide valuable insights to our sales team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with farmers and distributors across Kalimantan to promote our agricultural products.
• Conduct market assessments and gather data on market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the sales team to improve market penetration.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies tailored to the local market.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, agricultural extension, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with agricultural products and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
