📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and expand the loan portfolio by assessing loan applications, approving loans, and monitoring loan performance.
• Ensure compliance with microfinance regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of field officers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and ensure their financial needs are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and achieve growth targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Utilize tools like SAP and Microsoft Office to manage data and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in microfinance, with a proven track record in managing loan portfolios.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of microfinance regulations and best practices.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
