📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for MEP and HVAC systems using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and SAP.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and schedules to determine material and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost estimates align with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and adjust cost estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope or unforeseen challenges.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in MEP and HVAC estimation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide estimation standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP or HVAC estimation, with a strong background in cost analysis and project management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
