HR Store Operation Officer - AEON

In this role, you will work closely with store managers and team leaders to implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee records, and address any HR-related issues that may arise. You will also assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to ensure our team members are well-prepared to excel in their roles. Your daily tasks will include conducting performance reviews, handling employee relations, and coordinating with the central HR department to ensure seamless operations across all stores.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across all stores.
• Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data, using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to store managers and team leaders.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluations.
• Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new hires to ensure they are well-prepared to join the AEON team.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with the central HR department to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a retail or service industry.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
