📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate study tours to China, including itinerary development and logistical arrangements.
• Lead groups of students through cultural and educational experiences in China.
• Facilitate business workshops and networking opportunities with Chinese counterparts.
• Conduct pre-departure and in-country orientations to ensure smooth tour operations.
• Collaborate with local partners and educational institutions in China to enhance the tour experience.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate records of tour activities and student achievements.
• Promote and market study tours to attract and enroll participants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 5 or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, tourism, or international relations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software.
• Valid passport and visa eligibility for travel to China.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
